A British NHL fan, eh? You don't find too many of those, but I've been lucky enough to meet (or convert) a few over the years. My roommate when I was living in Japan was from Stockport - home of the patron saint of British NHL players, Steve Thomas - and was a big Kings fan from having taken American Studies at UCLA. Also, my fiancee is from Wales and has to watch about 100 Hockey games a year whther she likes it or not. So welcome to the site! Glad to have a little international perspective. Have you ever attended one of the season opening games in England?

Also I want to speak to all NHL fans, but more so Avalanche fans. I don't mind who you are or where your from I want to hear how you feel the AVS will do in the 11/12 season. So read and enjoy my views ok?
