That was a good goal.... the puck was hit underneath the crossbar. The blade was above the post but the heel of the stick is what hit it. The puck was about 2 inches above crawfords shoulder. People always love to play ref but if they dont know what is legal they shouldnt have an opinion. Was a good goal and a great series even though the kings should of closed that one out in game 5 or 6. Quick vs Lundqvist gonna be awesome!

I am Going with the rangers as the cup winner in 7 games. I see a lot of people think it is going to be a sweep or a 5 game series for LA but Both of these teams are VERRY ALIKE. I think rangers will win game 1, game 2 kings and it will just go back and forth. These are the 2 best road teams in the post season and both are usually Down but never out. Nash is playing great this year so is stepan, Zucarello, Dominic Moore, Giradi, and Staal. Nash isnt scoring many goals but he is actually using his body for once and isnt afraid to shoot the puck!. St. louis as we all know is a mad man unleashed and is by far one of the smartest playmakers in the game. McDonagh and Doughty are the 2 best D-men in the league this year, and Lundqvist will have a bounce back series I think. He played very good against PHI and PIT, kinda shit the bed against Montreal. Gaborik can single handedly make or break this series if he has any good things to say to the team about beating them/Lundqvist of course even though its a new coaching system or he may have nightmares of all the bad games he had in NY and the Rangers shut him down. If NY can shut down Carter and Gaborik I think NY will take the series. They have to pressure Doughty and frustrate him early. If you get him mad he doesn't play very well. NY is a lot faster, has just as good Defense and their Goalie is just as good if not better than Quick.
Its going to be a great series to watch.

Great points for the Rangers. Where I think LA will have the advantage is intimidation. The LA Kings have more hits than any other team in the playoffs. This will force the New York Rangers to make decisions quicker than they would like. As a result, LA will capitalize on mistakes. However, I do think it will be a close series. I just can't back down on my original prediction of the cup coming back to California.

You can go either way with a prediction here and it would be a good one and you bring up a valid point about the hitting. Sadly, the rangers were my pick from the second i heard they picked up St. Louis. Just one thing i want to point out to you is that Chicago was getting out hit almost 3-1 in their series with LA and that almost went the way of the Hawks. They are both resilient and also last years stanley cup the Bruins were the hitting team and Chicago was the Speedy team. It can go either way no matter what but If you have a resilient team with good Defense, Good Goal tending and the Ability to get back in the game, you always have a chance. It is going to be a great series to watch. Oh, and not to mention that I think both of these teams have the best Road record In the post season this year and the Rags were one of the best during the regular season and some how the rangers have a very good forecheck and they dont hit much. They just make quick decisions along the boards. So if LA can take away the boards which with a coach like Suter will be the first thing they do. They will make this a very interesting series even though LA uses the boards a lot too to get out of their own zone. Which in that last game I was surprised CHI didn't get a goal late in the game because they jammed up LA in the Right side corner of quick about 5 times in a row. Caught 3 Kings in one corner over and over again so LA needs to be careful with that because that is a weakness the the rangers will expose with only 2 guys in on the forecheck. That is also weird to me because that is what the NJDs were doing to LA and every other team that year with 3 guys digging the puck out, They lost and Now LA is trying that same style of play.
